IMPORTANT CUSTOMER ADVISORY REGARDING NATIONWIDE TEXT PHISHING SCAM
The Toll Roads is advising drivers to disregard phishing texts being sent to their phones that detail a specific outstanding toll amount. If you receive a text and are unsure, The Toll Roads customers can verify valid text notifications by logging into their account. On the dashboard, scroll down to account security and click “Notification Verification” or use the direct link at https://secure.thetollroads.com/accounts/notification-verification.
241/91 Express Connector
The 241/91 Express Connector is a planned direct connector project from the northbound 241 Toll Road to the eastbound 91 Express Lanes and from the westbound 91 Express Lanes to the southbound 241 Toll Road. Drivers utilizing the express connector from the northbound 241 Toll Road to the eastbound 91 Express Lanes will be able to exit near the county line to access Corona destinations, or continue on to Interstate 15.
Project Overview
The 241/91 Express Connector will provide a direct connection between the 91 Express Lanes and the 241 Toll Road. The project will improve traffic flow in the general purpose lanes on SR 91 and decrease peak-period congestion on the northbound 241 Toll Road.
Initial build-out of The Toll Road system (including the 241 Toll Road) was completed in the late 1990s. In 1994, the 241/91 Express Connector Project was approved as an identified and anticipated future improvement project.
The project’s planned construction is aligned with other improvements in the area, including the 15/91 Express Lanes Connector, State Route 91 Corridor Operations Project and the 71/91 Interchange Project.
The 241/91 Express Connector is a multi-agency collaboration that improves connectivity and provides a seamless, free-flowing connection between two tolled facilities. TCA continues to work with its partners — California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) — to finalize the design and deliver this project.
