Pacifica Building Improvements
The Boards of Directors approved the selection of a full remodel as the preferred option for the advancement of the Pacifica Building Improvements Project.
Over the past year, analyses have been completed to outline project goals – enhancing safety and security; optimizing and updating workspaces; addressing building code updates, addressing wear and tear, and end-of-life features; incorporating features to update technology and energy efficiency; and creating a more modern work environment. The Boards’ selection of a full remodel as the preferred option will meet all the project’s goals at a significantly lower cost than construction of a new building. The Boards provided feedback regarding additional features they would like to be considered in the full remodel, including updates to the exterior of the building. The project schedule was presented, including the next steps of procuring professional services for the design of the full remodel.
