Meetings of the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency Board of Directors are held at 9:00 a.m. on the second Thursday of the month at TCA's headquarters (125 Pacifica, Irvine, CA).

Meetings of the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency Board of Directors are held at 10:30 a.m. on the second Thursday of the month at TCA's headquarters (125 Pacifica, Irvine, CA).

All meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for public comment. Any person with a disability who requires a modification or accommodation in order to participate in this meeting should contact TCA's Clerk of the Board no less than two business days prior to the meeting to enable TCA to make reasonable arrangements to assure accessibility to this meeting.
