73 Toll Road

    Our toll booth removal contractor, Ortiz Enterprises, will be closing alternating lanes at the La Paz Road southbound 73 on-ramp and the Aliso Creek Road northbound 73 off-ramp each weekday from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for pavement work.  The ramps will remain open to traffic and no delays are expected.

133 Toll Road

    Caltrans will be closing one lane on the northbound 133 from Interstate 5 to Irvine Boulevard each weeknight from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. for electrical work.  No delays are expected.

    Caltrans will be performing a FULL CLOSURE of the northbound 5 connector to northbound 133 on Monday through Friday nights from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. for electrical work related to the connector reconstruction project.

    DETOUR:  Northbound 5 traffic wishing to use the northbound 133 will be routed past the closed connector and directed off at Jeffrey Road, then left on Jeffrey and left on Walnut, onto the southbound 5 where they can access the northbound 133.

    Caltrans will be performing a FULL CLOSURE of the southbound 133 connector to southbound Interstate 5 on Monday night from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. for electrical work related to the connector reconstruction project.

    DETOUR:  Southbound 133 traffic wishing to use the southbound 5 will be routed past the closed connector to southbound 405 where they can access the southbound Interstate 5.

    LONG TERM RAMP and LANE CLOSURE Caltrans has closed the northbound 5 on-ramp from Barranca Parkway and one lane of the two-lane connector from northbound 133 to northbound 5 for construction work on the 5/133 interchange project. Local traffic will still be able to access the northbound 5 from the adjacent Pacifica/Gateway on ramp to northbound 133, which then provides access to northbound 5.

241 Toll Road

    Our toll booth removal contractor, Ortiz Enterprises, will be performing a 59-hour FULL CLOSURE of the Alton Parkway on-ramp to southbound 241 on Friday, September 22 at 7 p.m. until Monday, September 25 at 6 a.m. for removal of the toll booth.

    DETOUR:  Alton Parkway traffic wishing to use the southbound 241 will be directed to the adjacent southbound 241 on ramp at Los Alisos Boulevard.

    Our design consultant for the 241/91 Express Connector will be performing shoulder closures on the northbound and southbound 241 each weekday from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. for geotechnical explorations.  No delays are expected.

    Caltrans will be performing a lane closure of the northbound 241 mainline just north of the 133 from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. for a concrete pour.  No delays are expected.

261 Toll Road

    Our toll booth removal contractor, Ortiz Enterprises, will be performing a 59-hour FULL CLOSURE of the Irvine Boulevard on-ramp to southbound 261 on Friday, September 22 at 7 p.m. until Monday, September 25 at 6 a.m. for removal of the toll booth.

    DETOUR:  Irvine Boulevard traffic wishing to use the southbound 261/Jamboree Road will be directed south from Irvine Boulevard on Jamboree Road or Culver Drive, then to Walnut Avenue where they can access the southbound 261/Jamboree Road.
