73 Toll Road

    Caltrans will close one of two lanes on the northbound 73 collector-distributor road between El Toro Road and Laguna Canyon Road on Friday night from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m. for K-rail work.  No delays are anticipated.

    Our toll booth removal contractor, Ortiz Enterprises, will close alternating lanes at the following ramps each weekday from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for clean-up work.  The ramps will remain open to traffic and no delays are expected.

    • La Paz Road southbound 73 on-ramp
    • Aliso Creek Road northbound 73 off-ramp
    • El Toro Road northbound 73 off-ramp and southbound 73 on-ramp
    • Newport Coast Drive northbound 73 on-ramp

133 Toll Road

    Our toll booth removal contractor, Ortiz Enterprises, will close alternating lanes at the Irvine Boulevard southbound 133 on-ramp each weekday from 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. for clean-up work. The ramp will remain open to traffic and no delays are expected.

241 Toll Road

    The northbound 241 Toll Road will be reduced to one lane for approximately one mile from Windy Ridge to the 91 Freeway. Southbound traffic will not be affected. The closure is necessary to repair damage caused by Canyon Fire 2. Caltrans is working quickly to perform important emergency repairs while reducing the impact to drivers. Motorists are encouraged to check traffic conditions before traveling and download the free Caltrans QuickMap app, which integrates with Waze to provide real-time traffic information, help avoid congestion and reduce travel times.

261 Toll Road

    The northbound 261 Toll Road will be closed for maintenance and repairs from 8:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.. DETOUR: NB 261 drivers will be directed off at Irvine Blvd, through the intersection and back on using the NB 261 Irvine Blvd on-ramp.
