241 TOLL ROAD
*Daytime lane closures Mon., August 25 through Fri., August 29: Caltrans will close various lanes on the northbound 241 Toll Road offramp at Portola North from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. One lane will remain open on the ramp at all times. The closures are required to install a power conduit across the ramp.
*Nighttime closures Mon., August 25 through Fri., August 29: Caltrans will close the southbound 241Toll Road between Oso Parkway and Antonio Parkway from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday (8-25), Tuesday (8-26) and Wednesday (8-27). The northbound 241 Toll Road will be closed Wednesday (8-27) and Thursday (8-28) night from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Friday (8-29) night from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Saturday. The closures are required to install traffic loops in new paving.
Detours: Drivers on Oso Parkway wanting to use the northbound 241 Toll Road will be directed to Antonio Parkway, turn right onto Antonio Parkway and continue on Antonio Parkway to the northbound 241 on-ramp.
Motorists on the southbound 241 will exit at the Antonio Parkway, turn right onto Antonio Parkway and continue on Antonio Parkway to Oso Parkway.
*Daytime closure Tues., August 26: Caltrans will close the southbound 241 Toll Road offramp to Santa Margarita Parkway from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The closure is required to change the lane striping on the ramp to provide better traffic flow during peak periods.
Detours: Southbound 241 Toll Road traffic wishing to exit at Santa Margarita Parkway will be notified to exit at Antonio Parkway. Detour traffic will make a turn right onto Antonio Parkway and continue onto Avenida Empresa. Traffic will then turn right onto Avenida Empresa and take Avenida Empresa to Santa Margarita Parkway. Caltrans will place an advance notice sign on the southbound 241 Toll Road.
